The government of Pakistan has (IDA) towards the cost of a loan, Credit No.6243-PK from International Development Program (PCP). being implemented through the Punjab Municipal Development Fund Company (PMDFC). Local Government & Community Development
Department (LG&CD) is implementing/executing an agency to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to
eligible payments. In order to strengthen the participating Municipal Committees (MCs), which are responsible
for urban management and improvement of municipal infrastructure for satisfactory service delivery,
LG&CDD intends to utilise the funds under (Window-2) for hiring various experts having relevant
qualification and experience for various cells/units for institutional strengthening and capacity building of the
MCs for better service delivery. PMDFC is seeking the services of following professionals for Punjab Ability to assess the data collection
Needs and designs the field data collection templates in consultation with stakeholders.
Review and implement financial
Management System in consultation with stakeholders
Minimum 12 years of Dost- qualification experience with local govt taxation processes.
Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience at national and international levels in the relevant field of civil engineering, particularly infrastructure projects
Experience in working in complex environments and large infrastructure
Ability to address and manage all aspects
of monitoring a construction (law and knowledge of construction contracts, construction information technologies, and follow-up. Experience in managing and supervising medium to large-scale construction works in the public sector; Working experience in the area of preparation, implementation, and monitoring of technical/ construction projects
The compensation for the positions is market-driven, commensurate with experiençe and qualifications.
